Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
- Proven history of success in relationship-based sales
- Strong annual sales performance and conversion rates
- Demonstrated leadership experience with successful team management

- High level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Strong eye for design and ability to assist customers with style selections
- Solid math skills and confidence working with measurements, pricing, and estimates

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail flooring sales location
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-focused customer experience both personally and through team leadership
- Present and sell a wide range of flooring products and solutions
- Build long-term customer loyalty that leads to repeat business and referrals
- Manage pricing, measurements, and sales details with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized sales records to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
- Network within the local business community to generate new sales opportunities
- Coach, lead, and develop the sales team to achieve location goals and objectives
