Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize all clubhouse areas including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors
- Empty trash and recycling; replace liners
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, toiletries)
- Maintain cleanliness and odor control throughout the day
- Ensure showers, sinks, and fixtures are sanitized and in working order
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for members and guests
- Monitor high-traffic areas and address cleanliness needs promptly
- Track and report cleaning supply needs
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, safety hazards)
- Perform minor tasks such as changing light bulbs if needed
- Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards

Education and/or Experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent desirable.
• One year of comparable work preferred.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
• Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.
• Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing.
• Use ladders when required.
• Job has the potential to expose the employee to human blood pathogens or infectious materials.
Salary Range
USD $12.80 - USD $15.00 /Hr.Salary : $13 - $15
