What You’ll Do
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy on our team, you will:
- Help patients reduce pain, restore function, and get back to living fully
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and become a trusted part of their recovery
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values learning and growth

We actively support therapists who want to specialize and advance their careers. In fact, we put our money where are passion is. We pay 100% of course fees and tuitions for continuing education, certifications, and specializations. Yes, 100%. Many of our therapists specialize in:
- Manual Therapy
- Pelvic Health
- Scoliosis Treatment (Schroth-based)
- Dry Needling
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
- Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- Parkison’s, etc.
How We Support You
We invest in you from day one:
- Salary of $95,000-100,000 with performance-based bonuses (up to 12k a year)
- 4 weeks paid time-off in years 1-3, and 5 Weeks PTO after 3 years
- Paid holidays
- 401(k) with matching
- We pay for your monthly health insurance premiums; we also have dental and vision plans for you and your family
- Weekly and monthly 1:1 mentorship time dedicated to all new therapists and experienced therapists
- PT Technicians are assigned to each therapist to assist during treatments
