Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Washington, MI, with opportunities for remote work on a partial basis. As an Insurance Producer at McCollum Insurance Group LLC, you will be responsible for generating new insurance sales, fostering client relationships, and providing comprehensive insurance solutions to meet client needs. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits plans and an ability to propose suitable solutions to clients
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
- Proficiency with digital tools and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services industries preferred
