What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Finance Associate position at McClure Harrison, Inc.?
We are working on an opportunity for an international firm that has an immediate need for a real estate candidate in Boston, MA. The associate will work directly with the partner, get extensive hands-on experience and strong mentorship. The works involves both borrower and lender side transactions throughout the United States. Projects include office building, multi-family, hotel, industrial, condominium, and land deals.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate
- Borrower and/or lender experience
- Finance candidates with a strong interest in real estate clients encouraged to apply
