Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

McClure Harrison, a NALSC-certified lateral recruiting agency, is partnering with a valued repeat client on the search for a mid level Corporate M&A Associate.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial attorney to join a highly regarded mid-size law firm recognized for its sophisticated and diverse client base, collaborative culture, and strong platform that fosters professional growth. The firm has a hybrid 3/2 office requirement and an 1800 hours expectation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, and general corporate counseling.
• Securities experience is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
