MCCLOUD Windows is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country, and we’re expanding into the Lexington area!
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to work directly with homeowners and be part of a rapidly growing team.
This is a PRIMARY IN-HOME SALES POSITION
You will meet with homeowners face-to-face, helping them choose the best replacement window solutions for their homes.
We provide company-generated leads daily — no cold start.
Compensation
- Typical first-year earnings: $80,000 – $150,000
- Performance-based pay with strong upside

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Make outbound calls to warm prospects
- Represent MCCLOUD Windows at networking events and trade shows
- Educate homeowners on products, services, and current promotions
- Help customers choose the best window solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with the team to identify new marketing opportunities
