We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to work directly with homeowners and be part of a rapidly growing team. We are looking for individuals with sales experience with replacement windows.
This is a PRIMARY IN-HOME SALES POSITION
You will meet with homeowners face-to-face, helping them choose the best replacement window solutions for their homes.
We provide company-generated leads daily — no cold start.
Compensation
- Typical first-year earnings: $80,000 – $150,000
- Performance-based pay with strong upside

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Make outbound calls to warm prospects
- Represent MCCLOUD Windows at networking events and trade shows
- Educate homeowners on products, services, and current promotions
- Help customers choose the best window solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with the team to identify new marketing opportunities
