Marketing & Content Coordinator

Position Summary

Village Handcrafted Cabinetry is seeking a creative, organized Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone with up to three years of marketing experience who is looking to build a career in marketing.

Working on-site each day, you'll help tell the Village story by creating engaging content, managing our social media and marketing calendars, and supporting marketing initiatives that showcase the craftsmanship and quality behind our custom cabinetry.

This is a fully on-site position. Because creating photography, video, and content throughout our showroom and manufacturing facility is a key part of this role, remote or hybrid work is not available.

What You'll Do

• Create photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media and digital marketing.
• Plan, maintain, and execute the company's social media and marketing content calendars.
• Capture content throughout the showroom, manufacturing facility, and company events.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, advertisements, and promotional pieces.
• Write blogs, email campaigns, product descriptions, and social media content.
• Update website content and support email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Help coordinate product photography and maintain the company's digital asset library.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect the Village brand and premium quality.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Internship experience or up to three years of marketing experience.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience creating content for social media.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photography and basic video editing experience are a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
