We’re Hiring: Logistics Sales Representative (Sales & Customer Service)

Are you ready to take your sales career to new heights?

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.

What You’ll Do:

· Proactively identify and secure new clients through warm and cold outreach

· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners

· Quote daily shipment requests with confidence and precision

· Communicate transparently and effectively during transit, resolving issues swiftly

· Manage shipments end-to-end — from pick-up to delivery and billing — with pinpoint accuracy

· Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing freight conditions and adjusting strategies accordingly

· Expand your pipeline with qualified leads and maintain a robust sales funnel

· Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and account development plans

· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals

· Deliver a customer experience rooted in integrity, professionalism, and genuine care
