- Meet with homeowners to discuss their renovation goals and provide honest, expert advice.
- Create accurate project estimates and project timelines that reflect the scope of work.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure designs and materials align with construction plans.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the duration of their project.
- Seek out local opportunities to share our expertise with the Lake Orion community.
- Follow up with previous clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for our growth.
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, ideally within the construction or home improvement sectors.
Solid understanding of residential construction practices and building materials.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting job sites across Lake Orion.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
Excellent time management and organizational habits.
Confidence in using mobile technology and tablets for on-site quoting.
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
