What We’re Looking For:
McClaren Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop our team of skilled service professionals. As a cornerstone of our operations, this role will ensure we continue providing homeowners with outstanding service while driving team success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Develop Talent – Work with our hiring team to attract, onboard, and train top trades professionals.
Performance Leadership – Set clear goals, monitor performance, and coach technicians to success.
Service Excellence – Ensure our team delivers the highest quality residential services to our customers.
Team Culture & Growth – Foster a workplace culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight – Support technicians in the field, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
What You Bring:
5 years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
Trades experience required
Technical background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related trades preferred, but not required.
A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.
Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and decisive.
Tech-savvy approach with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
