McClanton Enterprises is looking for dependable, professional White-Glove Delivery & Installation Contractors to join our growing team.
This position involves delivering merchandise to customers’ homes and businesses and providing professional setup, assembly, and installation services. The ideal contractor has delivery, appliance, furniture, moving, or installation experience and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Safely load, transport, and deliver merchandise
- Perform white-glove delivery and placement
- Assemble and install applicable products
- Protect customers’ homes and property during deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow delivery instructions and route requirements
- Take required photos and document completed deliveries
- Report damages, missing items, or delivery issues
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous delivery, installation, moving, appliance, or furniture experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand-tool and installation skills
- Strong customer-service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy merchandise
- Smartphone capable of using delivery applications
- Willingness to follow safety and customer-service standards
Physical Requirements
You must be able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver large/heavy merchandise. The job may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors.
Compensation
$175–$235 per day, depending on the assigned route, delivery requirements, installation work, and overall scope of the job.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, tools, equipment, and other business expenses unless otherwise agreed.
Schedule
Regular delivery opportunities are available, with schedules based on customer demand and available routes.
