Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-quality, warm leads originating from big-box store inquiries.
- Travel Regionally: Drive to scheduled appointments within your assigned territory.
- Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their property, calculate load requirements, and recommend the right generator size.
- Retail Liaison: Maintain relationships with store managers at assigned retail locations to ensure our product displays and lead-capture systems are performing optimally.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads from initial retail contact through to installation and follow-up.
- Negotiation & Closing: Expertly handle objections and negotiate terms to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on local electrical codes and the latest generator technology (Generac, Kohler, etc.)
- Experience: 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in home services, construction, or electrical products.
- Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency/Knowledge of modern CRM software and virtual sales tools is essential for 2026 sales workflows.
- Customer-Centric: You build rapport quickly and can explain complex technical information in a way that is easy to understand.
