About Us
We are a growing, mid-sized general contractor serving Northern Colorado and the surrounding region. We build a variety of commercial projects, including retail, light industrial, pre-engineered metal buildings, manufacturing facilities, schools, churches, and other community-focused projects.
We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in helping us pursue and win the right projects. This position works closely with our estimating and project management teams to coordinate proposals from opportunity through submission.
The Opportunity
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for keeping the proposal process organized, accurate, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment, can manage multiple deadlines at once, and takes pride in producing professional, accurate work.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of construction proposals, bids, and qualifications packages
- Review bid invitations, RFPs, RFQs, plans, specifications, and proposal requirements
- Track proposal deadlines, requirements, addenda, and submission details
- Coordinate with estimators, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership to gather required information
- Assist with subcontractor and vendor outreach and documentation
- Prepare and format proposals, bid forms, letters, schedules, and other supporting documents
- Maintain organized proposal files and project information
- Help ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Maintain bid calendars and track upcoming opportunities
- Assist with prequalification packages and contractor qualification information
- Help maintain company marketing and proposal materials, including project descriptions, resumes, references, and company information
- Assist with maintaining relationships and information within our CRM and other internal systems
- Support the estimating and business development teams with special projects as needed

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Professional and dependable approach to working with both internal and external customers
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial construction
- Experience with estimating, proposals, project coordination, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and terminology
- Experience with CRM, project management, or construction management software
- Experience preparing formal proposals or qualification packages
