Position: Outside Commercial Sales Representative

At McCarthy Tire Service, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about customer relationships, sales, and the tire industry, this could be your next big opportunity!
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Sell commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR-Earthmover, Intermodal, retread, and new tires
Promote our unbeatable tire services
Perform fleet surveys, scrap tire analysis, and implement tire maintenance programs
Generate weekly call reports and cold-call new leads
Operate a company vehicle for customer visits and tire service pickups
What We’re Looking For:
2 years in outside sales preferred
Tire industry/automotive industry experience
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift 50 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
