Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of calendar/tasks
- Meeting deadlines
- Client and attorney communications
- Management of report and client information in Sugar system
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
- Routine communications with clients
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from ABA-accredited law school
- Bar passage and admitted to practice in Arizona and resides in Arizona
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel
- Experience with prioritizing work and managing high volume workflow
- Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
- Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and individuals at all levels of the organization
