What You'll Do
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
- Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case strengths.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Negotiate settlements when appropriate while always protecting the client's interests.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona.
- Has trial practice experience, ideally from opening to jury verdict.
- Is confident appearing before judges and arguing motions.
- Enjoys legal writing and building compelling arguments.
- Is proactive, organized, and able to manage a litigation caseload.
- Has exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
- Truly cares about helping clients through difficult situations.
- Is driven, motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-growing firm.
