McCarthy Holthus and its affiliate Quality Loan Service has years of experience in successfully representing financial institutions in a variety of banking law matters. Description of Duties:
- Maintain files and ensure they are in timeline compliance
- Review and update client systems
- Manage file holds and status escalations
- Handle sale postponements
- Provide customer service to clients and borrowers
- Data entry
Experience and Skills:
- 1 year mortgage or legal experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as on teams
Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
