Summary: We are looking to add to our busy team of professionals protecting and representing our lender institution clients after one of their borrower clients has filed for protection under the bankruptcy code. the successful candidate will help receive and set up new files, make appropriate internal and external notifications, and keep key client systems updated to help facilitate service to our clients that is second to none!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive new case information from a variety of sources including email, e-fax, vendor notice systems and client reporting systems
- Organize and evaluate the information provided and be the first party in to notify internal and external clients of the new case filing
- Set up the new file information in our proprietary case management system as well as client operated systems
- Confirm receipt of new case information with external and internal clients
- Monitor and update ongoing files as necessary, keeping internal and external systems current
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
Experience and Skills:
- We are open to train the right candidate as the work required is unique to our industry
- Experience with mortgage lending or bankruptcy is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement
- The successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
- Organization and the ability to track and interpret new data
- Comfort with computers and software including document and data tracking software
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and focused with varying levels of business
Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite but hours may be subject to variation after training depending on circumstances
Salary Range:
The salary for this position typically ranges from $18-$22/hr depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
