Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented and professional Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and delivering draft Standardized Work Plans to Renewable Energy reviewers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate the approval process for renewable energy Standardized Work Plans.
- Coordinate with various reviewers and approvers.

Identify and communicate requirements to relevant groups, providing insights into the Standardized Work Plans. These groups include:
- Safety
- Quality
- Continuous Improvement
- Operations
- Coordinate deliverables from the above groups, compiling them into a final draft version for submission to the Renewable Energy Document Services (REDS).
- Track Standardized Work Plan usage, monitor changes implemented in Site-Specific Work Plans, and report findings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with two years of relevant on-the-job experience.
- Demonstrates excellent work ethic and an “ALL-IN” mentality.
- Possesses strong communication skills.
- Understands the complete construction cycle of a renewable energy project.
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
- Applies strong organizational skills.
- Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Works and collaborates effectively within a team setting.
- Adapts to different project teams, personalities, and project demands.
