Summary
Frick’s Quality Meats in Washington, MO has 330 employees across three shifts, and we’re growing! The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer account support through the management of sales orders, pricing, logistics, and production inventory. This person will translate opportunities into actionable tactics and interact with customers & sales representatives in the field. The Inside Sales Coordinator will manage inventory at warehouse, transit, and store level to make recommendations accordingly to enhance sales at customer level.
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this position is $22.00- $26.00 per hour.
Role Description:
Essential Functions
Order Processing and Coordination
· Accurately receive, process, and track sales orders.
· Develop a comprehensive knowledge of inventory/pricing systems & manufacturing system software.
· Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and price discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers.
· Resolve order and inventory opportunities by investigating data and history.
Sales Support
· Coordinate samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying manager.
· Coordinate with account receivables department & outside sales to manage and resolve deductions quickly.
· Regularly analyze sales & customer trends to drive and develop the company plans for specific accounts.
· Elevate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
· Track & process account-specific promotional activities, assess year over year trends, and provide forecasting recommendations to supply chain manager.
· Track sales by product groups and/or SKU level to identify product group success and/or underperformance: incremental vs. base, source of volume, draw assumptions
· Assist Marketing Coordinator as needed with Food Show Preparations & Customer Visits.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not currently have any supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This position is full-time, generally Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Travel
Travel is not regularly expected but may occasionally happen. Employees are reimbursed for pre-approved company expenses and gas in their personal vehicles.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Required:
· Associate's degree or higher or 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or order management
· Must be completely PC proficient, advanced Microsoft office knowledge, specifically in Excel, strong ability to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
Preferred:
· Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in inside sales, customer service, and order management in the food industry
Work Environment and Physical Demands
· Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time with occasional bending, twist, and lifting up to 25lbs.
· Must be able to freely move about the production facility by walking
· Must be able to remain standing for periods of time up to an hour at a time
· The Inside Sales Coordinator will primarily work in a typical office setting, but may occasionally require visits to the production floor where temperatures range from 22-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
