Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Falls Church, VA. The attorney will provide legal counsel and advice, represent clients in matters related to estate planning, business law, real estate, and related legal areas, and conduct legal research. The role includes drafting documents, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Attorney will also build and maintain strong client relationships and handle cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, including estate planning, real estate law, and zoning and land use law
- Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law and Business Law
- Expertise in providing Legal Advice and client counseling
- Exceptional Research and analytical skills for case preparation and legal documentation
- Skilled in Negotiation for drafting agreements and resolving disputes
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity, along with a client-centric approach
- Experience in estate planning or real estate law is a plus
