Your Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at McCann Detroit. This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activity across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit and any new platforms to market). This person will ensure ongoing community engagement and growth.

COMMUNITY MANAGER
Your Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at McCann Detroit. What You’ll Do…
- Own, develop and implement the social content calendar, working in collaboration with creative, strategy and client teams
- Plan, curate and create content and conversations to sustain community growth and fan engagement
- Build social listening queries, track engagements through native platform analytics and social listening / monitoring tools
- Set and deliver on tangible social KPIs
- Activate super-fan and surprise-and-delight strategies
- Explore, identify and stay on the pulse of new social developments and trends/channels/innovations/competitors in order to proactively direct current and future opportunities
- 3 years related experience required
- Experience managing digital content for a major consumer brand or media company preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
