What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Front Desk position at McCallion Staffing Specialists?
Doylestown area service company is looking for someone to handle the front desk. Hours 8am-4:30pm with 30 minute lunch or 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Salary is $22 hr, Monday-Friday.
- You will be greeting all customers & visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer and direct incoming call to the appropriate team members
- Assist with filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks
- Manage daily bank deposits and support the submission of required reports to accounting and other departments
- Work with equipment team to accurately input inventory information into internal systems
- Helping other team members as needed
- Maintain a neat, organized, and customer-friendly reception area
