Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the school’s vision, mission, and improvement goals.

Assist in supervising and evaluating teachers and staff to promote high-quality instruction.

Monitor student achievement data and support instructional strategies to improve outcomes.

Oversee student discipline and behavior management in alignment with school policies.

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive school climate for all students and staff.
