Primary Care PractitionerPrimary responsibility for providing primary care services to McCall Behavioral Health Network patients and overseeing the staff and daily operations of the clinic. Coordinate services with the Behavioral Health Director to meet the health needs of every patient throughout their lifespan. Full-time / ExemptPay Range: $125,000 - $140,000QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Primary Care Services with an appropriate unrestricted license (APRN). Three years of experience in a primary care setting required. Prescribing privileges required. Supervisory experience preferred. Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventative care and health maintenance. Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments. Communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care. Coordinate continuing services with clinic support staff, Genoa pharmacy, and Behavioral Health Director. Keep detailed medical records and document patient care activities. Coordinate care with specialty providers and make appropriate referrals to other healthcare practitioners. Outreach promoting services, generating referral sources, and developing resources for collaborative care. Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and facilitates medical rounds. Supervise clinic support staff and daily operations of the clinic.
