Position Overview
We are seeking an independently-licensed experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGPCNP, or ANP) interested in one or more of the following practice areas:
- Primary Care (adult and family medicine)
- Pain Management
- VA Disability Examinations
This role is highly flexible — ideal for clinicians seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or a gradual transition to independent practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and preventive care
- Conduct pain management evaluations and follow-up visits
- Perform VA disability assessments (training provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and/or dictation tools
- Collaborate with other providers to optimize care outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed APRN in Connecticut (FNP, AGPCNP, or ANP preferred)
- DEA license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Independent, organized, and comfortable with flexible scheduling
