- Monitor and adjust blancher speed and temperature to achieve production and quality standards.
- Maintain proper water levels, cleanliness, and operating temperatures within the blancher system.
- Mix and prepare sugar and SAPP solutions according to established specifications.
- Collect product samples and support quality analysis activities.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation activities in accordance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain and sanitize SSHB line equipment and freezer belts to support efficient operations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities on cutters and related equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns to leadership.
- Support production requirements by providing relief coverage for other team members as needed.
- Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing, food processing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, operating procedures, and safety documents.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to maintaining food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Frequent standing and reaching with hands and arms.
- Occasional walking, sitting, handling materials, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and communicating in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Compensation Package: - Starting at 20.66 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
