- Monitor the quality of finished product exiting freeze tunnels and bulk product being added back into production.
- Ensure all products meet established quality specifications, including temperature, defect levels, sizing, color, texture, solids, carbon content, and foreign material standards.
- Perform quality checks and collect data as required to support production and quality objectives.
- Apply quality assurance concepts and procedures to maintain a high-quality operation.
- Set up, operate, and monitor shaker and grader equipment to achieve proper product sizing distribution.
- Monitor and adjust belt speeds, tunnel fans, and add-back rates as directed by leadership.
- Manage product blending and add-back distribution to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Train and support packaging deck team members and promote efficient work practices.
- Maintain sanitary conditions throughout the packaging deck area and equipment.
- Support food safety, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a potato processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share information and instructions with team members.
- Ability to apply common-sense problem solving and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills to support quality monitoring and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, and use of hands and arms.
- Ability to regularly communicate and hear in a manufacturing environment.
- Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation Package: - Starting at 20.66 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
