An Established Hudson Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist in the Trust & Estates department, with a primary focus on Estate Planning.
5 years of Trust & Estate experience strongly preferred.
Primary job function will include:
- Administrative oversight of intake process – e.g., entering and tracking new client inquiries, scheduling attorney consultations, sending intake packets, invoices and engagement letters and opening new files
- Tracking and managing work flow for estate planning matters
- Drafting essential estate planning documents for attorney review (various trust documents, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, etc.)
- Drafting deed transfer documents for real property
- Drafting misc corporate documents for business-owner clients as it relates to estate planning
- Coordinating client review of drafted documents
- Scheduling and directing document signings
Experience in Real Estate, Business, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense and any other practice areas will be considered.
Position is available immediately and salary is commensurate based on experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
