Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all field operations, subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and labor • Read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents • Maintain project schedules and create three-week look-ahead schedules • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards • Prepare daily reports and photo documentation • Lead field coordination and participate in project meetings • Manage project punch lists through completion • Promote and enforce jobsite safety • Maintain a professional, organized, and clean jobsite
Qualifications
• Commercial construction field leadership experience • Prior superintendent experience preferred but not required • Experienced foremen and assistant superintendents are encouraged to apply • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction management software • OSHA training is a plus.
Travel
Projects are located throughout the Midwest. Travel is project-dependent, and employees are home on weekends. Company-paid travel expenses and accommodations are provided when required.
Compensation
Compensation will be tailored to the successful candidate based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and willingness to travel.
