McBride Homes is looking to expand our team of Part-Time Sales Assistants to work at various new home communities across the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With an expected 1,000 closings in 2026, McBride Homes is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately-owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.
We have openings for Sales Assistants to work 2 days/week, and occasional weekends. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Pay rate is $15.00/hr.
The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills are required.
Our Sales Assistants take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same.
