Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clear deliverables
- Coordinate team members and resources to ensure smooth execution of luxury home builds
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep builds on track
- Maintain effective communication with management and clients, providing regular and clear updates
- Manage all project documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with McBride standards
- Deliver quality outcomes on time and within scope, consistently aligning with organizational goals
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a related leadership role within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for client and team coordination
- Proficiency with project management tools and software to track milestones and documentation
- Adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management is preferred, but not required with relevant experience
