Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:** Assist in prepping ingredients for sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, ensuring freshness and quality.
Dough Making:** Prepare pizza dough according to our recipes and specifications, maintaining consistency and quality.
Cooking and Assembly:** Operate the pizza oven and assemble pizzas, sandwiches, and other menu items efficiently and accurately.
Kitchen Maintenance:** Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service, communicating effectively to meet customer demands.
Inventory Support:** Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required.
