Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Overview
McArthur Law Firm is seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Atlanta office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in maintaining smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and office-support responsibilities in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Client Communication
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle intake calls for personal injury and medical malpractice matters
- Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming office atmosphere
Administrative Support
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
Office Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization
- Water and care for office plants
- Prepare and maintain coffee station
- Stock and organize the breakroom and office supplies
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 annually
