Duties
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance in rooms
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to support production or property upkeep.
- Assist with painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Mechanical knowledge including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Welding skills for fabrication and repair work.
- Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management roles.
