Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and address inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Conduct night audits using OPERA or similar hotel management software to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to ensure operational continuity and compliance with policies
- Support guest services by resolving issues promptly, managing special requests, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run efficiently during overnight hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest relations best practices
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in night audit functions or resort environments is preferred
