Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable while managing day and/or night audit responsibilities. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and efficient service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports.
- Manage phone systems and respond to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- PEP Property Management system knowledge a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and etiquette in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team during peak hours.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
