Overall Responsibilities: Material Handler responsible for the safe movement of Customer product, which includes movement of product within unprocessed storage area, transfer of product to processing area, loading and unloading processed product, places and retrieves monitoring devices on product, pre-shipping preparation and staging product in processed area. Reviews product and process documents and instructions, i.e., Customer provided special instructions or work instructions, and ensures accurate processing. May perform the duties of Material Handler, Warehouse or Warehouse Assistant as needed.

Duties:
•    Process product pick and pack (shipping, receiving and distribution) according to specifications. Processing product accountability by maintaining product documentation; implements and monitors appropriate maintaining of product inventory by receiving, identifying, labeling if appropriate, storing product within the Shipping and Receiving area in accordance with established procedure and any applicable Customer provided special instructions.
•    Loads and unloads product into and from processing station, includes forklift operation. Contributes to safe product processing in team effort by performing according to the guidelines.
•    Needs to work in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job with productive work positivity and integrity, treats everyone with mutual respect, exhibiting a genuine commitment to the success of all employees.
•    Provides customers satisfaction through teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
•    Performs various manual operations and operates equipment in a warehouse and logistics process. Receives, identifies, stores, picks and moves goods and material and operates pallet jacks, forklifts required.
•    Certified to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks. Ability to pass required background check. Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English.
•    Ability to navigate through defined computer screens. Above average organizing, analyzing and a minimum of Level 1 math skills (add and subtract 2 digit numbers. Multiply and divide 10’s and 100’s by 2,3,4,5, ability to use the four arithmetic functions of add, subtract, multiply and divide.
•    Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
•    Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, placing, and record received products.
•    Labels received products by verifying materials and/or accessories according to process specification.
•    Maintains in-process inventory by receiving and opening materials and supplies.
•    Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered.
•    Receives material from customers and suppliers, vendors by verifying materials and their information.
•    Prepares finished products for shipment by identifying, labeling, packing, loading, and securing product.
•    Documents materials shipment by recording units shipped.
•    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•    Inspects incoming products by confirming specifications, conducting visual inspection.
•    Documents inspection results by inputting into Warehouse System Software.

Education:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Ability to process basic mathematical skills
•    Proficient with office equipment, computers, scanner, scale etc... (basic functions)
•    Experience with Microsoft Applications ( Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)  

Experience:
•    One-year warehouse experience preferred
•    One-year of data entry required
•    One year in inventory control
