About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Analytics Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of clients.
This role is responsible for turning marketing performance data into clear direction - identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next to improve efficiency and scale. This role is focused on using data to drive decisions and outcomes.
We are open to leveling this role based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Performance Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze performance across programs, audiences, and creative
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers
- Surface clear insights on what is changing and where to focus
Performance Strategy & Optimization
- Use data to inform decisions that improve CPA, ROI, and volume
- Identify opportunities to scale, refine, or pull back investment
- Evaluate tradeoffs between efficiency and growth
- Contribute to or lead performance strategy across assigned clients
Forecasting & Modeling
- Build and maintain performance models and projections
- Analyze the expected impact of strategic changes
- Use data to guide forward-looking decisions, not just retrospective reporting
Performance Measurement & Validation
- Ensure consistent, accurate measurement across campaigns and programs
- Validate results and identify when data is:
- directional
- statistically meaningful
- incomplete
- Surface early signals to support faster decision-making
Client-Facing Communication
- Translate performance into clear, structured narratives
- Lead or support performance discussions with internal stakeholders and clients, including monthly reviews and QBRs
- Clearly communicate what changed, why it changed, and what we’re doing next
- Partner with Client Growth to align on strategy, expectations, and next steps
System & Process Development
- Support the implementation and adoption of performance frameworks across:
- testing
- optimization
- reporting
- Ensure consistency in how performance is measured and reported
- Contribute to improving data quality, reporting structure, and analytical workflows
- Help operationalize how insights are generated and used to inform decisions
AI & Analytical Acceleration
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate analysis, modeling, and insight generation
- Improve speed and quality of analytical workflows through automation and tooling
- Continuously explore new ways to use AI to enhance performance decision-making
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics
- Experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling required)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau,QuickSight, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data
- Clear, concise communicator
Preferred:
- Experience owning or influencing CPA / ROI outcomes
- Experience presenting insights to stakeholders or clients
- Direct response marketing experience
- Mortgage, financial services, or high-ticket lead generation experience
- Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
