What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Set Up Operator (Make Your Schedule) (Overtime Available) position at MBW, Inc.?
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team!
This position includes setting up, troubleshooting, operating and adjusting the automatic numerically controlled machine tools and/or CNC machining equipment to perform a complex series of machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. This position has the ability to program CNC machines.

Responsibilities
- Work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, and machine arrangements
- Program with G&M code
- Knowledge and understanding of GD&T
- Work with collaborative robots and robots
- Set up, operate and program Mori, Doosan and other CNC machines.
- Use a variety of precision measuring instruments
- Recognize, report and correct errors.
- Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements.
- May set up and program for and instruct Machine Operators of lower classification.
- Comply with safety, quality and service standards within the department.
Our facility is open Monday - Thursday 5am to 7pm and Fridays 5am to 4:30pm. A schedule can be made on any of those days within those timeframes.
