Experienced Property Manager- Susanville, CA
We are looking for an energized and ambitious candidate for a Tax Credit and RD property located in Susanville, CA. Including a 2-bedroom unit after a 90-day introductory period.
Our ideal candidate Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to work independently with little oversight. Is marketing savvy, must have a passion for customer service. Is well organized, punctual, self-driven with great follow through. Is a team player, dependable and will always provide outstanding customer service to residents. You will have problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes, and act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of Property Management.
- Affordable Housing Experience (TC) and (RD)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
- Customer service and General Office experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
- High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
