Senior Marketing Insights Analyst
The collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics is fundamental to building a seamless customer journey. As the organization continues to support campaign teams and global go-to-market initiatives, we are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Insights Analyst for the APJC region to strengthen alignment between data strategy, marketing execution, and business priorities. This role is instrumental in bridging global analytics capabilities with regional B2B marketing needs, ensuring actionable insights drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver timely, actionable reporting, analysis, and recommendations on B2B marketing activities and performance.
- Analyze complex KPI metrics using robust attribution methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness, inform optimization efforts, and drive incremental growth and revenue.
- Present clear, digestible business stories to campaign leadership, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s B2B product portfolio, sales objectives, customer segments, and competitive landscape, applying business context to analysis.
- Break down complex business questions, design analytical approaches, execute analyses, and communicate findings concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with global stakeholders to understand business priorities, develop use cases, and provide high-impact insights that support investment, performance, and strategic decision-making.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of insights delivered.
- Recommend new datasets, tools, and methodologies that enhance marketing measurement and effectiveness.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data exploration, manipulation, visualization, and analysis.
- Intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and cross-channel attribution modeling.
- Experience applying statistical analysis and data science fundamentals in business contexts is preferred.
- Experience automating reporting and delivering scalable insights is a strong advantage.

Who You Are
- 7–9 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or marketing insights within B2B organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex business problems, design analytical solutions, execute analyses, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing programs, strategy, and campaign measurement.
- Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with solid working knowledge of Python.
- Strong business acumen; disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
