Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager/Director in the Dallas, Texas area to support finance process improvement initiatives within a healthcare environment, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support AP-focused process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and partner with stakeholders to align on process enhancements.
- Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and reporting improvements.
- Support initiatives related to shared services and offshore process migration.
- Collaborate with finance leadership (CFO, COO, and operational teams).
- Work within large ERP environments (e.g., Oracle, SAP, SAP FICO, Hyperion).
Qualifications
- Previous Big Four experience required (Ernest & Young, Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG).
- Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director-level consulting background.
- Hands-on experience with AP process improvement and/or finance transformation.
- Exposure to shared services environments or offshore migration efforts.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Hyperion, etc.).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Independent thinker with demonstrated leadership capability.
- Exposure to broader finance processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Previous process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and shared services environments experience.
