Position Overview
We are seeking a highly collaborative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support enterprise marketing initiatives focused on social connection, engagement, and audience growth initiatives within the Fun & Fulfillment organization.
This role will support the development, execution, optimization, and management of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and digital media channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing paid social and display campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal channel partners, and driving performance-focused marketing initiatives that support business objectives and audience engagement goals.
This is a long-term remote consulting opportunity supporting multiple ongoing marketing initiatives and strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Support campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting across paid social media and programmatic/display channels
- Partner with internal teams on:
- Budget management
- Campaign timing and trafficking
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Message and creative testing
- Reporting and performance optimization
- Monitor and improve campaign KPIs including traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Support owned media initiatives including organic social media and related digital marketing channels
- Refine and streamline marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency across channels including:
- Digital
- Mobile apps
- Newsletters
- Social media
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit, resize, and enhance creative assets for digital and social campaigns
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and overall marketing performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support ongoing and future marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
- Hands-on experience creating and managing:
- Paid social media campaigns
- Display/programmatic advertising campaigns
- Experience working with owned media channels including organic social media
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and KPI performance tracking
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and channel teams
- Strong written communication and marketing copy refinement skills
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop for digital asset editing and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer marketing initiatives
- Experience working within highly collaborative enterprise marketing environments
- Familiarity with digital media trafficking, reporting, and campaign analytics
- Experience supporting engagement-focused or community-focused marketing programs
Eligibility Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
Salary : $48 - $50
