Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Field Marketing Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. This role will partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of both virtual and in-person events across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate brings strong event management and project coordination experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer roundtables, and sponsored events
- Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Field Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations) to align events with go-to-market objectives
- Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and follow-up activities
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools
- Support post-event reporting, metrics tracking, and ROI analysis
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to marketing standards across all events
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, event planning, or field marketing coordination
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Experience coordinating vendors, venues, and external partners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (Asana)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
