The Data Analyst role is an entry-level position supporting the Client Analytics division of Medical Billing & Management Services. Interviews to begin immediately. As part of the Client Analytics Team, you will get a broad view of how our company operates while supporting a diverse client base across the country. The position will ensure appropriate preparation and analysis for Client Reporting deliverables confirming their relevancy, accuracy and overall quality. In this position, the ideal candidate will have the chance to grow with the company.
Job Type: Full-time / Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting packages
- Analyze revenue cycle performance and month-end results
- Develop and analyze weekly dashboard reports
- Review Practice trends
- Charge Audit Verification
- Analyze Insurance reimbursements against contracted rates
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested
- Act as support on special projects and company initiatives
Experience:
- Advanced with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Lookup functions, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools/Programs, specifically Microsoft PowerBI
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
