What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Professional position at MBM Janitorial Services, LLC?
We are looking for positive, proactive individuals who love to work with a team or independently that has an attention to detail to service two locations throughout St. Joseph, MO. and Gower, MO
Pay is $15.00/hour based on experience.
This position will require service on Monday-Friday in the evening/overnight.
For this position, you must:

Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Experience in floor care, including buffing and waxing
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
