Field Service Technician

Your Role:
As a key member of our service and assembly team, you will:
- Independently assemble machinery and systems both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee systems from initial setup through commissioning and final customer acceptance, including personnel training.
- Conduct service operations including inspections, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Manage and resolve incoming service inquiries and complaints (troubleshooting).
- Analyze technical issues and provide expert guidance on operational and maintenance matters to customers.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and enthusiasm to the role:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken. 2nd language welcome.
- Solid understanding of control systems and mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical assembly
- Willingness to travel for assembly and service assignments.
- Ideally, prior experience in commissioning, assembly, or technical service.
- A genuine passion for diverse, hands-on work with real responsibility.
